This version doubles up the richness with a mix of chocolate chips and thick fresh chopped chocolate chunks, creating layers of melty chocolate in every bite. Right out of the oven, we top it with a few extra chunks so they melt into every crevice. Simple, nostalgic, and hands-down one of the best chocolate chip cookies you’ll ever try.
