How to Submit Your Inquiry:

Please click on the link(s) above to begin your order inquiry. Once received, we’ll review the details and you can expect a response within 48 business hours. You’ll either receive:

• A message from (808)295-0382 to confirm any final details before invoicing
• A square invoice with order details via text message link

Deposit & Booking Policy

All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or delivery.

If your deposit is not received by the required lead time, your order may be subject to additional fees or rush charges. This ensures we have enough time to:

• Prep ingredients
• Order specialized cutters, boxes, or packaging
• Plan and complete your design with the attention it deserves

We want to make sure your treats are not only perfect—but worth every bite.

 

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup Address: The address will be provided the day prior to pick up. We are located near Fair Oaks Ranch, TX (78015). 

Pickup Times: Please ensure you arrive within your scheduled time to avoid delays. 

Delivery: Available for orders over $250, with an additional cost based on mileage. Smaller orders must be picked up at our designated location.

Important Notes: Lead Time, Rush Orders & Cancellations

Gourmet Cookies

Lead Time: 5 days’ notice — Rush Fee: 20% of total

Decorated Sugar Cookies

Lead Time: 14 days’ notice — Rush Fee: $20 per dozen

Cupcakes (Classic, Deluxe, Pull-Apart)

Cupcakes by the dozen: 10 days’ notice Pull-apart cakes: 14 days’ notice —

Rush orders may be accepted with a 20% rush fee depending on availability.

Cancellations: Canceling an order is allowed with a minimum of 5 days’ notice prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date. However, if you choose to cancel your order, your deposit will not be reimbursed but will be saved as a credit that will be applied to any future orders with us. For orders that are not picked up or for clients who fail to respond after the order is completed (even after payment), the order will be forfeited, and no refund or store credit will be issued.

 

Allergen & Cottage Food Disclosure

This food is made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services or any local health department.

Please note that we are not a nut-free or allergen-free home, and while we take precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens. If you have severe allergies, we recommend ordering with caution.
