Biscoff Cookie Butter

This soft, chewy cookie is made with cookie butter and spices baked right into the dough for a rich, spiced flavor in every bite. After baking, it’s injected with warm cookie butter, drizzled with even more on top, and finished with crushed Biscoff cookies and a full Lotus cookie as the crown. Sweet, spiced, and unapologetically indulgent.
